Lakeshore Learning is a demolition and remodel of an existing space in the Factoria Mall in Bellevue, WA. Here the AMS team ordered and hung spiral duct for an exposed system, while helping resolve problems for the tenant. A 60 unit, new construction assisted living project that involved the installation of PTAC, DOAS, horizontal furnaces, outdoor units and kitchen hoods. Similar to the Olympia project, AMS spent several months retrofitting, planning and installing all necessary equipment for Fieldstone.
At the Auburn Mall, AMS demoed existing material used for a Planet Fitness. After demo we installed over 500 feet of spiral duct ranging in size from 36-12″. In addition existing rooftop fans and units were replaced with new ones along with internal equipment such as sensors and smoke- detectors.
Here AMS demoed existing systems and then installed new a system. The new install included concentric units, rooftop units, diffusers, remote smoke detectors, low-voltage and air-balancing.
Assisted living project that included an addition to a existing building, new construction on 16 cottages and extension of existing dining room/kitchen.
