Lakeshore Learning Center
Lakeshore Learning is a demolition and remodel of an existing space in the Factoria Mall in Bellevue, WA. Here the AMS team ordered and hung spiral duct for an exposed system, while helping resolve problems for the tenant. Project Type New Construction/Tenant Improvements Completion Date: Fall 2020
Fieldstone – Puyallup
A 60 unit, new construction assisted living project that involved the installation of PTAC, DOAS, horizontal furnaces, outdoor units and kitchen hoods. Similar to the Olympia project, AMS spent several months retrofitting, planning and installing all necessary equipment for Fieldstone.
Connection Concourse- Auburn Mall
At the Auburn Mall, AMS demoed existing material used for a Planet Fitness. After demo we installed over 500 feet of spiral duct ranging in size from 36-12″. In addition existing rooftop fans and units were replaced with new ones along with internal equipment such as sensors and smoke- detectors.
Planet Fitness- Woodinville
Here AMS demoed existing systems and then installed new a system. The new install included concentric units, rooftop units, diffusers, remote smoke detectors, low-voltage and air-balancing.
Quail Park- Assisted Living
Assisted living project that included an addition to a existing building, new construction on 16 cottages and extension of existing dining room/kitchen. Systems in this building included but were not limited to; VRV, rooftop Daikan units, Mitsubishi air-handlers, outdoor heat-pumps, and remote controlled sensors. Project Type New Construction/Tenant Improvements Completion Date: August 2018- April 2020
Michael Kors – North Bend
This project was a complete new HVAC install, duct work, rooftop units, DOAS units, unit heaters, and control wiring.
At Home – Puyallup
This is a brand new AT HOME location where we installed new HVAC, duct work, rooftop units, DOAS units, unit heaters, and control wiring.
Fieldstone Assisted Living-Olympia
The Fieldstone project was a complete new construction install for all HVAC, duct work, rooftop units, DOAS units, unit heaters, and control wiring.
Tractor Supply – Multiple Locations
Tractor Supply Company has contracted with AMS to provide maintenance and tenant improvements in multiple locations throughout Seattle area.
