Here our crew began with performing the “LL” or landlord scope which consisted of removal and upgrades to the RTU’s and bathroom exhaust fans. After completion we progressed into the TI improvements for the tenants of Cycle Gear. The TI improvements included; design, build and install of all ductwork, air curtains and indoor equipment.
